REMOTE DRILLING METHOD AND REMOTE DRILLING DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote drilling method and a remote drilling device that enables drilling of a closing plate and others of existing penetration, while securing a temporary boundary.SOLUTION: A remote drilling method includes the following steps for: installing a valve spool 3 that may be opened/closed through a short pipe 44 welded on a wall part 26 of a building; installing a remote-operable drilling device body 2 on the valve spool, through a seal part 24; filling nitrogen gas in the short pipe, by supplying nitrogen gas from a purge line 31; configuring a temporary boundary 32 while maintaining the nitrogen gas supply, by opening the valve spool and inserting an extension shaft 4 of a drilling device 1 through the valve spool, the drilling device having a drill 6 fitted at a tip; inserting the extension shaft further to the wall part, while maintaining the nitrogen gas supply; drilling an open hole through the wall part by remote-operating the drilling device, while maintaining the nitrogen gas supply; and pulling out the extension shaft and closing the valve spool, while maintaining the nitrogen gas supply.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】仮設バウンダリを確保しつつ既設のペネトレーションの閉止板等への穿孔作業を可能とする遠隔穿孔方法及び遠隔穿孔装置を提供する。【解決手段】建屋の壁部26に溶接付けされた短管44を介して開閉可能な弁スプール3を設置し、該弁スプールにシール部24を介して遠隔操作可能な穿孔装置本体2を設置する工程と、パージライン31より窒素ガスを供給して前記短管内に窒素ガスを充填する工程と、前記弁スプールを開き先端にドリル6が装着された穿孔装置1の延長シャフト4を前記弁スプールに挿通し、窒素ガスの供給を維持し仮設バウンダリ32を構築する工程と、窒素ガスの供給を維持した状態で前記延長シャフトを前記壁部迄挿入する工程と、窒素ガスの供給を維持した状態で前記穿孔装置を遠隔操作して、前記壁部に貫通孔を穿設する工程と、窒素ガスの供給を維持した状態で前記延長シャフトを引抜き前記弁スプールを閉塞する工程とを有する。【選択図】図1
