MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR DECORATIVE SHEET OF FLOORING MATERIAL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a decorative sheet of a flooring material having a thermoplastic resin backer layer formed by an extrusion machine on a rear surface of a thermoplastic resin decorative sheet, and a non-woven cloth laminated thereon, the manufacturing method not causing an emboss on a front surface of the thermoplastic resin decorative sheet to disappear, and preventing thermal deterioration of the thermoplastic resin backer layer when re-heated.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method for a decorative sheet of a flooring material comprises the following steps for: laminating a thermoplastic resin backer layer on a rear surface of a thermoplastic resin decorative sheet, by extruding from a melting extrusion machine; tucking the thermoplastic resin decorative sheet between an emboss roll and a cooling roll, such that a thermoplastic resin transparent layer on a front surface of the thermoplastic resin decorative sheet is on the emboss roll side, and heat-sealing the thermoplastic resin backer layer on the rear surface of the thermoplastic resin decorative sheet; and at the same time, transferring a form of the emboss roll on the front surface of the thermoplastic resin decorative sheet.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】熱可塑性樹脂化粧シート裏面に押し出し機による熱可塑性樹脂バッカー層を形成しさらに不織布を積層してなる床材用化粧シートを製造する場合において、熱可塑性樹脂化粧シート表面のエンボスを消失せしめることのない、かつ再加熱による熱可塑性樹脂バッカー層の熱劣化のない床材用化粧シートの製造方法を提案しようとするものである。【解決手段】熱可塑性樹脂化粧シートの裏面に、熱可塑性樹脂バッカー層を溶融押し出し装置から押し出して積層し、エンボスロールとクーリングロールとの間に、熱可塑性樹脂化粧シート表面の熱可塑性樹脂透明層がエンボスロール側になるように挟み込んで、熱可塑性樹脂バッカー層を熱可塑性樹脂化粧シートの裏面に熱融着すると同時に熱可塑性樹脂化粧シート表面にはエンボスロールの形状を転写することを特徴とする、床材用化粧シートの製造方法である。【選択図】図１
