PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound proof panel and a sound proof wall which can keep a loading condition in high intensity even when the distance between columns adjacent to each other changes in an unignorable degree.SOLUTION: A sound proof panel 10 comprises a sound absorptive material 12, a housing 14 housing the sound absorptive material 12 and having a back face S2, a left face S6, a top face S3 and an underside S4, and a spacer member 50 inserted in a space 90 between the back face S2 and a flange part 88. The spacer member 50 is fixed to the housing 14 in a state of being disposed at a position striding over the back face S2 and the top face S3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】相隣接する支柱間の距離が無視できない程度に変化した場合であっても、積載状態を高強度に保持可能な防音パネル及び防音壁を提供する。【解決手段】防音パネル１０は、吸音材１２と、吸音材１２を収容し、且つ、背面Ｓ２、左面Ｓ６、上面Ｓ３及び下面Ｓ４を有する筐体１４と、背面Ｓ２とフランジ部８８の間のスペース９０に介挿されるスペーサ部材５０とを備える。スペーサ部材５０は、背面Ｓ２及び上面Ｓ３を跨ぐ位置に配された状態にて筐体１４に固定されている。【選択図】図３
