SUBSTRATE MATERIAL FOR PAINT MATERIAL THAT FORMS WALL BODY, METHOD TO FORM WALL BODY, AND WALL BODY
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate material for a paint material that forms a wall body, a method to form a wall body using the substrate material, and a wall body formed by the method, the paint material preventing effectively cracks in and peel-off from the wall body.SOLUTION: A waterproof sheet D is bonded on a surface in a thickness direction of a flexible metallic plate body C formed by twisted and coiled stainless steel ribbon-form springs B that are entangled three-dimensionally, and a substrate material A is stretched on the other surface over a base material F while the sheet D is in contact with the base material F, the substrate material having a flat lath E connected thereon. A wall body H is formed by applying mortar G on the substrate material A through a mesh of the flat lath E located on an opposite side of the base material F.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】 得られる壁状体におけるクラックや剥落等の発生が効果的に防がれる壁状体形成塗材用の下地材、その下地材を用いた壁状体形成方法及びその方法により得られる壁状体の提供。【解決手段】 捩れや巻きを有するステンレス鋼製のリボン状条体Bが三次元的に交錯して可撓性の板形状をなす金属条体交錯体Cの厚さ方向の一方の面に防水性のシート体Dを接合し、他方の面に平ラスEを接合した下地材Aを、シート体Dが基体Fに接する状態で基体Fに張設する。下地材Aに、基体Fとは逆の側に位置する平ラスEの網目を通じてモルタルGを塗り込むことにより壁状体Hを形成する。【選択図】 図2
