METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING VERTICAL PIPING AND VERTICAL PIPE MEMBER USED IN THE METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for constructing a vertical piping capable of reducing man-hours on site as much as possible; and a vertical pipe member used in the method.SOLUTION: In a method for lifting a plurality of vertical pipe members 1 in a vertical state sequentially and constructing a vertical piping in a building, the peripheral surface of the vertical pipe members 1 except top and bottom ends and a part to be installed in the building, of the vertical pipe members 1 is coated with a foamed rubber heat insulation material 2 in advance. After the vertical pipe members 1 are installed in the building and the top and bottom ends of the vertical pipe members 1 are connected, the top and bottom ends and the part to be installed in the building, of the vertical pipe members 1 are coated with the heat insulation material. On a site where a vertical piping is constructed, only the ends and the part to be installed in the building, of the vertical pipe members 1 are coated with the heat insulation material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】現場工数をなるべく低減できる竪配管の施工方法とその方法に用いられる竪管部材を提供する。【解決手段】複数本の竪管部材1を垂直状態で順次揚重し、建物に竪配管を施工する方法であって、竪管部材1の上下端部と建物への設置部分を除いて竪管部材1の周面を予め発泡ゴム系断熱材2を被覆しておき、竪管部材1を建物に設置して竪管部材1の上下端を接続した後、竪管部材1の上下端部と建物への設置部分を断熱材で被覆する。竪配管を施工する現場では竪管部材1の端部と建物への設置部分のみを断熱材で被覆する。【選択図】図3
