VIBRATION REDUCING STRUCTURE OF HANGING DEVICE AND VIBRATION REDUCER FOR VIBRATION REDUCER STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hanging device vibration reducer structure in which hanging bolts are not broken even if it receives oscillation of earthquake and the like, facility devices can be safely supported and at the same time, its installation can be safely supported and its installation can be easily performed and installed.SOLUTION: This invention comprises a connector arranged at a lower end part of a hanging bolt to support facility device and a vibration reducer placed below a lower surface of a ceiling unit and engaged in thread with a portion where a hanging bolt is protruded from the ceiling unit. The vibration reducer comprises a nut part having a threaded nut engaged in thread with the hanging bolt; a cylindrical supporting part formed to extend the nut part downward to enable the hanging bolt to be inserted; a cylindrical attenuation member inwardly inserted into the supporting part to enclose the hanging bolt. An inner diameter of the insertion hole at the supporting part is larger than an inner diameter of the threaded hole of the nut part, and an opening side at the inner peripheral surface of the open hole is made to have a uniform inner diameter.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】本発明は、地震などの揺れを受けた場合であっても吊りボルトが破断することがなく、設備機器を安全に支持できるとともに、施工が容易で設置し易い天吊り機器の減震構造の提供を目的とする。【解決手段】本発明は、吊りボルトの下端部に設けられ、設備機器を支持する連結具と、天井駆体の下面側であって、天井駆体から吊りボルトが突出された部分に螺合された減震器を備え、減震器が吊りボルトを螺合するねじ孔を有するナット部と該ナット部を下方に延長するように形成されて吊りボルトを挿通自在な筒型の支持部と、該支持部に内挿されて吊りボルトを囲む筒型の減衰部材を備え、支持部において吊りボルトを挿通する挿通孔の内径がナット部のねじ孔の内径より大きくされ、貫通孔の内周面においてその開口部側が均一内径にされたことを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
