CONNECTION STRUCTURE USING FREE COUPLING METAL FITTING FOR WOODEN SHAFT MEMBERS, AND WINGED WASHER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a free coupling metal fitting for wood shaft members that reinforces even a connection between wood shaft members connected at an angle other than a right angle, to be fitted readily without a partial loss of cross-section area.SOLUTION: A free coupling metal fitting 11 for wood shaft members includes: a bolt member 13 that includes a bolt 31 and a nut 33, and has one end supported by a diagonal beam 37; a winged washer 15 fixed on a beam 39 connected to the diagonal beam 37 at a prescribed angle, the winged washer supporting the other end of the bolt member 13; a pair of raising pieces 53, 55 formed on the winged washer 15 and fixed on a winged washer fixing surface 43 of the beam 39 continuing from a bolt fixing surface 41 of the diagonal beam 37; a connecting plate part 17 connecting tips in a raising direction of the pair of raising pieces 53, 55; a bolt insertion hole 19 pierced through the connecting plate part 17; and a curved protruded surface 21 formed on the connecting plate part 17 and serving as a seating face onto which a head part 27 at the other end of the bolt 31 or the nut 33 comes in contact, the bolt being inserted through the bolt insertion hole 19.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
