PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fence panel and a panel fence that can be easily constructed and easily installed obliquely.SOLUTION: A panel 3 has end parts 35, 36 and side end parts 40, 41. Two convex strips 30, 31 and two bottom faces 32, 33 are alternately formed on a tabular base material. Bolt length holes 50, 50 are formed on the bottom face 32. A bolt is penetrated through the bolt length hole and fixed to a brace. An end slope 37 made by obliquely bending the convex strip 30 toward the brace forms an inclined surface and is cut in the middle to become the end part 35. An end slope 38 made by obliquely bending the bottom face 33 toward the convex strip in a thickness direction is formed and the edge of the end slope is the end part 36. The end slope 38 and the end slope 37 form the overlaid part with a clearance between them. A tapered part 42, an end tapered part 43, an enlarged part 48 and an end enlarged part 49 are formed on a side of the side end part 41, and a side end overlaid part 45 is configured.
