MEMBRANE ROOF UNIT, AND OPENED/CLOSED-TYPE MEMBRANE ROOF STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a membrane roof unit and an opened/closed-type membrane roof structure that may be opened/closed without excessively deforming a roof membrane material, and is compatible with a roof that opens in two lateral directions and a roof of a complicated form, thereby resolving problems with conventional techniques.SOLUTION: A membrane roof unit of the present invention includes a V-shaped frame disposed in an opening/closing shaft direction, a skeleton frame disposed in a direction orthogonal to the opening/closing shaft direction, a roof membrane material, and an expansion device that expands/contracts in a vertical direction. An overall configuration includes a plurality of skeleton frames arranged almost in parallel with each other, and the V-shaped frames on right and left are disposed on a side of the skeleton frames that face each other. The roof membrane material has a folding part for folding the roof membrane material along the opening/closing shaft direction. The expansion devices on right and left are disposed at both ends of an upper beam. When the expansion device is expanded downward, the V-shaped frame spreads in the opening/closing shaft direction. When the expansion device is contracted upward, the V-shaped frame is folded along the opening/closing shaft direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】本願発明の課題は、従来技術が抱える問題を解消することであり、すなわち屋根膜材に過度な変形を加えることなく開扉・閉扉が可能であり、しかも左右両開きの屋根や複雑な形状の屋根にも対応できる開閉式膜屋根を実現する、膜屋根ユニット、及び開閉式膜屋根構造を提供することである。【解決手段】本願発明の膜屋根ユニットは、開閉軸方向に配置されるV字フレームと、開閉軸直角方向に配置される架構フレーム、屋根膜材、上下方向に伸縮可能な伸縮装置を備えている。全体構成としては、複数の架構フレームが略平行に配置され、対向する架構フレームの側方には左・右のV字フレームが配置される。屋根膜材は、開閉軸方向に折り畳める中折れ部を有しており、上部梁の両端には左・右の伸縮装置が配置される。伸縮装置を下方に向けて伸ばすとV字フレームが開閉軸方向に広がり、伸縮装置を上方に向けて縮めるとV字フレームが開閉軸方向に折り畳まれる。【選択図】図3
