COMPONENT FIXING STRUCTURE AND FIXTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a positional displacement when a component is fixed by a screw without increasing a manufacturing cost.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a fixing structure in which a base end part of a plate-like blade member 42 is inserted into a hollow inner side through a long hole 22a of an upper frame 22 and a right screw is fastened through a screw insertion hole 42b of the blade member 42 against a thread hole 61a of a fixing surface 61b arranged at the upper frame 22, the extremity end part is protruded out of the long hole 22a, and the blade member 42 is supported by the upper frame 22 under an attitude in which the extremity end is oriented to cross at a right angle with respect to a longitudinal direction of the upper frame 22. The long hole 22a is eccentrically formed with respect to the thread hole 61a of the fixing surface 61b, thereby a distance between the right side surface 42c of the blade member 42 and one end surface 22aA of the long hole 22a is made shorter than a distance between the left side surface 42d of the blade member 42 and the other end surface 22aB of the long hole 22a under the fixing attitude.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
【課題】製造コストを増大させることなく、ネジによって部品を取り付けた際の位置ずれを防止する。【解決手段】プレート状を成すブレード部材42の基端部を上框22の長孔22aを介して中空内部に挿入し、上框22に設けた取付面61bのネジ孔61aにブレード部材42のネジ挿通孔42bを介して右ネジを締め付けることにより、先端部が長孔22aから外部に突出し、かつ先端が上框22の長手方向に対して直交する向きに配置した取付姿勢でブレード部材42を上框22に支持させる取付構造であって、取付面61bのネジ孔61aに対して長孔22aを偏心させて形成することにより、取付姿勢においてブレード部材42の右側面42cと長孔22aの一方の端面22aAとの距離を、ブレード部材42の左側面42dと長孔22aの他方の端面22aBとの距離よりも短く設定した。【選択図】図7
