SEISMIC BASE ISOLATOR DAMPER FOR STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seismic base isolator damper for a structure in which the seismic base isolator damper has a simple structure, its manufacturing can be carried out by an exclusive die, vulcanization adhering for elastic rubber, a lead or tin cylindrical member, its press fitting are facilitated and requisite seismic energy absorbing performance is included.SOLUTION: This invention comprises a cylindrical member fixed to one structure that is relatively displaced at the time of occurrence of an earthquake and a rod member fixed to the other structure, extending from an opening of the cylindrical member into the inside of it and arranged to enable relative displacement to be carried out between it and the cylindrical member. The cylindrical member is constituted by a plurality of unit cylindrical bodies, at least one outer peripheral part in a ring-like elastic plastic rubber formed with hole for inserting and passing the rod member in the inner wall for every unit cylindrical body, lead or tin, elastic plastic rubber and lead or tin seismic energy absorbing member is fixed, the plurality of unit cylindrical bodies are integrally connected to form a cylindrical member, and a relative displacement between the cylindrical member and the rod member at the time of occurrence of an earthquake is acted on the seismic energy absorbing member to absorb the seismic energy..SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】構造が簡単で、専用金型で製造が可能で、弾性ゴム、鉛又は錫の筒状部材への加硫接着、圧入が容易で、必要とする地震エネルギー吸収性能を有する制振ダンパーを製造することが可能な構造物用制振ダンパーを提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】地震時に相対変位する一方の構造体に固定される筒状部材と、他方の構造体に固定され、前記筒状部材の開口から内部に伸び、前記筒状部材との間で相対変位可能に配置されロッド部材と、を備え、前記筒状部材を複数の単位筒状体で構成し、前記単位筒状体毎にその内壁に前記ロッド部材を挿通する穴を形成したリング状の弾塑性ゴム、鉛又は錫、弾塑性ゴムと鉛又は錫からなる地震エネルギー吸収材の内の少なくとも1つの外周部を固定し、前記複数の単位筒状体を一体に連結して筒状部材とし、前記筒状部材と前記ロッド部材の地震時の相対変位を前記地震エネルギー吸収材に作用させて地震エネルギーを吸収することを特徴とする。【選択図】 図1
