PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pottery product production method capable of forming a relief with stable quality and capable of being applied to small lot production.SOLUTION: The production method comprises: a molding step for molding a desired shape pottery base material 10; and a finishing step for burning the pottery base material 10. Between the molding step and the finishing step, to the pottery base material 10 which is molded by the molding step, a pattern formation step for forming an underglaze color coating 3 by forming a planar pattern which becomes a relief pattern later, with an underglaze color for painting to the pottery, and a cutting step for cutting the pottery base material 10 by erosion by spraying water W to the underglaze color coating 3 and a surrounding part 4 of the pottery base material 10 adjacent to the underglaze color coating 3, are interposed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】少量生産品にも適用でき且つ安定した品質で浮き彫り模様が形成可能な陶磁器製品の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】所望形状の陶磁器素地１０を成形する成形工程と、その陶磁器素地１０を焼成する仕上げ工程と、を有する陶磁器製品の製造方法において、成形工程と仕上げ工程の間に、成形工程で成形された陶磁器素地１０に対し、後に浮き彫り模様になる平面的な模様を陶磁器絵付け用の下絵具により施して下絵具コーティング３を形成する模様付け工程と、陶磁器素地１０の少なくとも下絵具コーティング３及びその下絵具コーティング３に隣接する周辺部４に水Ｗを掛けて陶磁器素地１０を浸食により彫り削る彫り工程と、を介在させるようにした。【選択図】 図３
