MACADAM ROLLER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a macadam roller capable of improving maintainability of a post-processing device, by installing the post-processing device in a proper position in a vehicle body, for collecting particulate matter included in exhaust gas of an engine.SOLUTION: A cooling fan 19 is provided on a front side of an engine 18 mounted in an engine room 17, and a hydraulic pump 21 is provided on a rear side of the engine 18, and rolling wheels 2 and 3 are driven by supplying a hydraulic fluid discharged from the hydraulic pump 21 to hydraulic motors 7 and 8 for travel. A maintenance opening part 34 is formed on a floorboard 35 of a front vehicle body 4, and an opening-closing cover 38 is closed by being detachably arranged in this maintenance opening part 34 by a bolt 39. A post-processing device 22 is arranged between the opening-closing cover 38 and the hydraulic pump 21, for collecting particulate matter in exhaust gas of the engine 18, and when executing maintenance of the post-processing device 22, the opening-closing cover 38 is removed, and the inside of the engine room 17 is opened upward via the maintenance opening part 34, and the post-processing device 22 is exposed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】エンジンの排ガス中に含まれる粒子状物質を捕集するための後処理装置を車体内の適切な位置に設置して、後処理装置のメンテナンス性を向上できるマカダムローラを提供する。【解決手段】エンジンルーム１７内に搭載されたエンジン１８の前側に冷却ファン１９を設け、エンジン１８の後側に油圧ポンプ２１を設け、油圧ポンプ２１から吐出される作動油を走行用油圧モータ７，８に供給して転圧輪２，３を駆動する。前部車体４の床板３５に保守用開口部３４を形成し、この保守用開口部３４にボルト３９により脱着可能に開閉蓋３８を配設して閉鎖する。開閉蓋３８と油圧ポンプ２１との間にエンジン１８の排ガス中の粒子状物質を捕集する後処理装置２２を配設し、後処理装置２２のメンテナンスを実施する際には開閉蓋３８を取り外し、保守用開口部３４を介してエンジンルーム１７内を上方に開放して後処理装置２２を露出させる。【選択図】図２
