MATTE-TONED PRODUCT WITH PATTERN AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a matte-toned product with a pattern on which a pattern having feeling different from that of a carbon film is formed; and to provide a method for manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: In a matte-toned product with a pattern, a pattern portion 5 having a color tone different from that of a carbon film 2 is formed on the surface of a product body 1 on which the carbon film 2 is formed on the surface by fumigation treatment, the surface 5 having different roughness is a portion 5 where a carbon impregnation layer on the lower surface is exposed by peeling the carbon film 2 with a tape with an adhesive or peeling the carbon film 2 with shot blast treatment, and the surface 5 having different roughness is a portion where the carbon film 2 is formed on an uneven surface 5 after an uneven surface 5 rougher than other portions is formed on the surface of a substrate before baking by secondary pressing with a mold plate on which a design pattern is formed or the shot blast treatment.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】炭素被膜とは異なる風合いの模様が形成されている模様付きいぶし製品とその製造方法の提供。【解決手段】燻化処理により表面に炭素被膜２が形成されている製品本体１の表面に、炭素被膜２とは色合いの異なる模様部５を形成し、前記粗さの異なる面５は、炭素被膜２が粘着剤付きのテープにより剥離され、あるいはショットブラスト処理により剥離されることで下面の炭素含浸層が露出した部分５であり、また、粗さの異なる面５は、焼成前の生地の表面に対し、デザイン模様の施されている型板による２次的な押圧により、あるいはショットブラスト処理により他の部分よりも粗い凹凸面５が形成された後、凹凸面５上に炭素被膜２が形成された部分である模様付きいぶし製品。【選択図】図１
