WATER SPRINKLER DEVICE FOR COMPACTION MACHINE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water sprinkler device for a compaction machine of a simple configuration that suppresses manufacturing costs, the water sprinkler device being capable of completely discharging water remaining in a sprinkler pipe and pipeline to the outside, thereby preventing disability of water sprinkling caused by freezing.SOLUTION: With a water sprinkler device for a compaction machine, a front sprinkling pipe 12 is disposed near a front rolling wheel 2, and a pipe 22 is connected on an inner edge 12a side (on a right edge) of the front sprinkling pipe for leading water supplied by a sprinkling pump 15 into the front sprinkling pipe 12, and the water is sprinkled on an outer peripheral surface of the front rolling wheel 2 from a sprinkling nozzle 31. The inner edge 12a side of the front sprinkling pipe 12 is disposed in an inclined way such that the inner edge side is lower than an outer edge 12b side. An upper drain valve 32 is disposed on the front sprinkling pipe 12, and a lower drain valve 18 is disposed near the sprinkling pump 15.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】簡単な構成により製造コストを抑制した上で、散水パイプや配管の内部に残留する水を確実に外部に排出でき、もって凍結に起因する散水不能の事態を未然に防止できる締固め機械の散水装置を提供する。【解決手段】前部転圧輪2に近接して前部散水パイプ12を配設し、その内端12a(右端)側に配管22を接続して、散水ポンプ15から供給される水を前部散水パイプ12内に導入して散水ノズル31から前部転圧輪2の外周面に散水する。前部散水パイプ12の内端12a側が外端12b側に比較して低位置となるように傾斜配置すると共に、前部散水パイプ12に上部ドレン弁32を設け、散水ポンプ15の近傍に下部ドレン弁18を設ける。【選択図】図6
