EXHAUST EMISSION CONTROL DEVICE FOR ROLLING COMPACTION MACHINE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust emission control device for a rolling compaction machine capable of shortening a pipeline length of hydraulic piping by installing discharge pressure increasing means such as a load applying valve near an auxiliary pump and a hydraulic oil tank without affecting an installation layout of peripheral devices.SOLUTION: An engine 19 is mounted in an engine room 18 of a front vehicle body 4 and a main pump 23 and an auxiliary pump 24 are directly connected on a rear side of the engine to drive. Using a corner part formed as a dead space between right and left front compaction wheels 2 and right and left side walls 4b, 4c of the front vehicle body 4, a fuel tank 33 of the engine 19 is disposed in the left corner part, and a casing 36 is disposed in the right corner part. The casing 36 is vertically separated into two sections by a barrier 36a, and an upper casing is used as a hydraulic oil tank 25, and the lower casing is used as a valve room 37 in which the load applying valve 29 is disposed. The auxiliary pump 24, the hydraulic oil tank 25 and the load applying valve 29 are connected with hoses 26, 28, 30, respectively.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】周辺の機器の設置レイアウトに影響を及ぼすことなく、補助ポンプや作動油タンクの近接位置に負荷掛けバルブなどの吐出圧上昇手段を設置して油圧配管の管路長を短縮することができる転圧機械の排気浄化装置を提供する。【解決手段】前部車体4のエンジンルーム18内にエンジン19を搭載し、その後側にメインポンプ23と共に補助ポンプ24を直結して駆動する。左右の前部転圧輪2と前部車体4の左右両側壁4b,4cとの間にデッドスペースとして形成された隅部を利用し、左側の隅部にエンジン19の燃料タンク33を配設し、右側の隅部にはケーシング36を配設する。ケーシング36内を隔壁36aにより上下に2分割して、その上側を作動油タンク25とし、下側をバルブ室37として内部に負荷掛けバルブ29を配設し、これらの補助ポンプ24、作動油タンク25及び負荷掛けバルブ29をホース26,28,30により接続する。【選択図】図4
