MANUFACTURING METHOD OF FLOOR DECORATIVE SHEET
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a floor decorative sheet, that reduces the coating processes of adhesives, reduces the loss between the processes, and can reduce a manufacturing cost.SOLUTION: A floor decorative sheet (4) is obtained as follows: the resin for forming a backer layer (1) and hot melt adhesives (2) are co-extruded; a decorative sheet (3) is brought into contact with the hot melt adhesive (2) side of a sheet material comprising the resin for forming the co-extruded backer layer (1) and the hot melt adhesives (2) by using the cooling rolls (A, B, C) to cool the resin for forming the co-extruded backer layer (1) and the hot melt adhesives (2); and the backer layer (1) is laminated with the decorative sheet (3) by the hot melt adhesives (2) and the hot melt adhesives (2) are cooled and solidified, and thereby the backer layer (1) is formed in the decorative sheet (3).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】接着剤の塗工工程を削減し、工程間のロスを削減すると共に、製造コストを削減することが可能な床用化粧シートの製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】バッカー層（１）を形成する樹脂と、ホットメルト接着剤（２）とを共押出し、共押出されたバッカー層（１）を形成する樹脂とホットメルト接着剤（２）とを冷却するクーリングロール（Ａ、Ｂ、Ｃ）を用いて、共押出されたバッカー層（１）を形成する樹脂とホットメルト接着剤（２）とからなるシート材のホットメルト接着剤（２）側に化粧シート（３）を接触させ、ホットメルト接着剤（２）によりバッカー層（１）と化粧シート（３）とを貼り合わせてホットメルト接着剤（２）を冷却固化させることにより、化粧シート（３）にバッカー層（１）を形成させた床用化粧シート（４）を得る。【選択図】図１
