SLOPE PROTECTION MATERIAL SPRAYING METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slope protection material spraying method which enables a spray thickness on a protection objective slope to be confirmed in real time by measuring irregularity thereof and can achieve stable and high quality spraying regardless of a skill of a worker.SOLUTION: A slope protection material spraying method comprises: a measuring process to measure irregularity of a protection objective slope N with a measuring device M; a display process to display a measurement result of the measuring device M on a display screen; a spraying process to spray a spraying material toward the protection objective slope N through a nozzle 8; and an adjusting process to adjust a spraying direction of the spraying material through the nozzle 8 in accordance with the measurement result of the measuring device M.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】対象法面の凹凸形状を計測することにより、リアルタイムに対象法面の吹付厚さの状況を確認することができ、作業員の技能によらず安定的かつ高品質な吹付けを実現することのできる法面吹付工法を提供する。【解決手段】対象法面Nの凹凸形状を計測装置Mにより計測する計測工程と、表示画面に計測装置Mによる計測結果を表示する表示工程と、対象法面Nに向けて吹付材料をノズル8から吹き付ける吹付工程と、ノズル8からの吹付材料の吹付方向を計測装置Mによる計測結果に応じて調整する調整工程とを有する法面吹付工法。【選択図】図1
