PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a finishing material for a building that may be fitted and removed readily in an aligned state.SOLUTION: A recess 4 is formed on a base member 2 made of a magnetic material, the recess being aligned in vertical and lateral directions at equal intervals. A protrusion 9 that fits the recess 4 and a magnet 10 are disposed on a plate member 7, and the plate member is fitted on the base member so that the recess 4 is engaged with the protrusion 9. Furthermore, a width and a length of the plate member 7 are made equal to or to be an integral multiple of a distance between center points of the recess 4 formed on the base member 2 in vertical and lateral directions at equal intervals, so as to prevent a large gap from being formed between the plate members when a plurality of plate members 7 are installed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
