METHOD FOR JOINING COUNTER TO SINK
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for joining a counter to a sink which reduces product failures by removing air bubbles in adhesive agents by non-contact means and reduces tact time by reducing the used amount of adhesive agents.SOLUTION: A method for joining a counter to a sink includes: a first step of forming a grooved gap 41 opening only upward by providing a gas supply member 7 moving following a rear side to a direction of movement of an adhesive agent injection nozzle 6 supplying an adhesive agent 3, vertically inverting a counter 1 and a sink 2, oppositely disposing an inner peripheral edge 11 of the counter 1 and a folding piece 22 of the sink 2 with a gap 4, and closing an under-surface of the gap 4 with a basis fixture 5; and a second step of removing air bubbles generated inside the adhesive agent 3 injected into the grooved gap 41 from the adhesive agent injection nozzle 6 by injecting the adhesive agent 3 while moving the adhesive agent injection nozzle 6 along the grooved gap 41 and flowing the adhesive agent 3 by a gas supplied from the gas supply member 7.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】非接触的な手段を用いて接着剤内の気泡を除去して製品不良を低減させ、かつ接着剤の使用量を削減し、タクトタイムを短縮するカウンターとシンクの接合方法を提供する。【解決手段】接着剤3を供給する接着剤注入ノズル6の移動方向に関して後方より追随して移動する気体供給部材7を設け、カウンター1とシンク2とを上下反転させて、カウンター1の内周縁11とシンク2の折り返し片22とを隙間4を空けて対向配置し、かつ隙間4の下面をベース治具5にて閉鎖することで上方のみに開放された溝状隙間41を形成する第1工程と、接着剤注入ノズル6を溝状隙間41に沿って移動させながら接着剤3を注入し、かつ気体供給部材7から供給される気体により接着剤3を流動させることにより、接着剤注入ノズル6から溝状隙間41内に注入された接着剤3内に発生する気泡を除去する第2工程とを備える。【選択図】図2
