REINFORCED CONCRETE FILLED QUADRANGULAR STEEL PIPE PILE COLUMN
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pile column which can be connected by a simple but easy method and has high strength, high endurance and high antirust effect, in constructing a structure, e.g., on a soft ground.SOLUTION: Rotation in auger drilling disturbs the ground in a cylindrical shape slightly larger than the auger diameter. When the disturbed ground is improved by grouting an improving material such as cement milk, rotation of a quadrangular steel pipe pile column 16 agitates the cement milk or the like and the ground disturbed by corners of the quadrangle, thereby forming a uniform improver. A corrosive environment is improved by the cement milk or the like being strong alkali, and thus antirust effect increases. In addition, an auger blade 12 at the tip of the pile column and the improver being the cement milk or the like are united and solidified to realize stronger subsidence prevention. Shop fabrication of a pile column in advance by filling a quadrangular steel pipe 4 with a main reinforcement 1, concrete, several filling pipes 3 and the like allows bolting connection and anchoring of an anchor bar with shrinkage-compensating mortar or the like, allowing steel pipe pile columns 16 to be connected to each other for extension.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
【課題】軟弱な地盤等で構造物を建設するとき、簡易工法でありながら、容易に接続ができ、高強度で堪性が高く、防錆効果の高い杭柱を提供する。【解決手段】オーガー掘進の回転によりオーガーの径より少し大きく円筒状に地盤が乱されるが、乱された地盤をセメントミルク等の改良材で注入改良するとき、四角形の鋼管杭柱16を回転させることにより、四角形の角が乱した地盤とセメントミルク等を撹拌し、均一な改良体を形成する。セメントミルク等の強アルカリで腐食環境は改善され、防錆効果が高くなる。また杭柱先端部のオーガー羽12がセメントミルク等の改良体と一体化し、固まることで、より強固な沈下防止になる。主鉄筋1とコンクリートと数本の注入管3等を四角形鋼管4に充填した杭柱を事前に工場製作することで、ボルト締付け連結とアンカー筋を無収縮モルタル等で定着することを可能とし、鋼管杭柱16の継足しを可能とした。【選択図】図9
