PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winding shaft structure which can reduce a generation sound at the contact of members for constituting a winding shaft, and is used in a shutter to which fireproof performance is required.SOLUTION: A winding shaft structure of a shutter comprises: an internal shaft 30; a winding cylinder which is located outside the internal shaft 30, and arranged so as to be rotatable with respect to the internal shaft 30; a metal-made coil spring 7 which is arranged between an internal peripheral face of the winding cylinder and an external peripheral face of the internal shaft 30, fixed to the winding cylinder at one end, and fixed to the internal shaft at the other end; and an aluminum pipe 8 which is arranged between the external peripheral face of the internal shaft 30 and an internal peripheral face of the metal-made coil spring 7.
