OUTER WALL PANEL AND OUTER WALL STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outer wall panel superior in water tightness in vertical joint between neighboring outer wall panels and superior in heat insulation performance free from a problem such as thermal bridge between the outdoor side and the indoor side.SOLUTION: A outer wall panel 22 has a sandwich structure which is constituted of an outdoor side metal plate 28 and an indoor side metal plate 29 being interposed by a non-combustible insulation material 27 therebetween. The outdoor side metal plate 28 is provided with, at both side ends, a bent plate part 28a which is bent to the indoor side and forms the edge plane of the panel. Secondary members 36 and 37 such as gaskets are attached to the bent plate part 28a to ensure water tightness in a vertical joint 35 which is generated between the bent plate part 28a and another outer wall panel 22 which are disposed next to the right/left side thereof.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】 隣合う外壁パネルとの間に生じる縦目地の水密性に優れ、また屋外面と屋外面間の熱橋の課題が生じず、断熱性にも優れた外壁パネルを提供する。【解決手段】 屋外側および屋内側の金属板28,29間に不燃断熱材27を介在させたサンドイッチ構造の外壁パネル22とする。屋外側の金属板28における両側縁に、屋内側へ折り曲げられてパネル端面を構成する折曲板部28aを設ける。前記折曲板部28aに、左右に隣合って配置される他の外壁パネル22との間に生じる縦目地35の水密性を確保するガスケット等の二次部材36,37を取付ける。【選択図】 図2
