PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulation panel capable of suppressing an increase in the number of components and in the production processes while effectively enhancing bending rigidity.SOLUTION: The heat insulation panel includes shells formed of a pair of rectangular metal plates and arranged on the surface and reverse sides, respectively, and a heat insulation layer formed of a resin foam and arranged therebetween, the heat insulation panel having a fitting protruded part on one side face and a fitting recessed part in the other opposite to one side face, the fitting protruded part of the heat insulation panel being insertable into the fitting recessed part of another heat insulation panel having the same structure. It further includes a resin foam heat insulation plate having a face bar formed of a material having a greater vertical elastic modulus than the resin foam and adhered onto at least one of the surface and reverse of the heat insulation layer formed of the resin foam, the resin foam heat insulation plate having no face bar existing in a region where the fitting protruded part is formed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】曲げ剛性を効果的に高めると共に部品点数及び製造工程の増加を抑制することができる断熱パネルを提供する。【解決手段】表面及び裏面側にそれぞれ配置された一対の矩形状をなす金属板からなる外皮間に、樹脂発泡体からなる断熱層が配置された断熱パネルであって、該断熱パネルの一側面に嵌合凸部が形成されると共に前記一側面と対向する他の側面に嵌合凹部が形成され、前記嵌合凸部は前記断熱パネルと同一構成になる他の断熱パネルの嵌合凹部に挿入可能な断熱パネルにおいて、前記樹脂発泡体からなる断熱層の表面及び裏面の少なくとも一方に前記樹脂発泡体より縦弾性係数の大きい材料からなる面材が接着されることで形成された樹脂発泡体断熱板を備え、前記樹脂発泡体断熱板は、前記嵌合凸部を形成する領域において、前記面材が除去されていることを特徴とする断熱パネル。【選択図】図1
