HIGH-RISE CONDOMINIUM OFFERING GARDEN SPACE TO ALL RESIDENTIAL UNITS
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-rise condominium offering a bright and wide balcony to all residential units, by configuring a balcony with a considerable depth to have a three-story atrium.SOLUTION: Floors of residential units are grouped in three stories, which may be referred to as a lower floor, an intermediate floor, and an upper floor. The intermediate floor may be a floor without a balcony, if the intermediate floor is used by residential units in the lower floor and the upper floor. A balcony having a three-story atrium may be formed by planning residential units such that balconies of the lower floor and the upper floor do not come on top of each other. The intermediate floor may be used only by the residential unit on the lower floor or the residential unit on the upper floor, if desired.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 奥行きが深いバルコニーを3層吹き抜けにすることで、全住戸に明るく広いバルコニーを備えた高層マンションを提供する。【解決手段】 住戸の階を3層ごとに構成し、仮に下階、中間階、上階とした場合に、中間階を下階及び上階の住戸で使用することにより、中間階にはバルコニーのない階とすることができる。そのうえで下階と上階のバルコニーの位置が重ならないように計画することにより3層吹き抜けのバルコニーが可能になる。中間階は、下階の住戸からのみ、上階の住戸からのみの使用でも構わない。【選択図】図1
