GRANULATED CEMENT AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the possibility of strength degradation of concrete after hardening to mature.SOLUTION: Granulated cement, which is a compression granulated body made of a kneaded matter of a composite material containing at least cement and oils and fats, may be used to completely prevent the modification of cement particles. Addition of a thickening material allows the composite material to be more effectively pressed and hardened to improve shape-maintaining effect. Even if the content of impregnation moisture is very small, further addition of a disintegrating material causes cracks in granulated cement or crushing of granulated cement by the effect of the disintegrating material when the impregnation moisture is brought into contact with the inherent disintegrating material, whereby the granulated cement can be easily degraded into cement particles.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】養生硬化後のコンクリートの強度低下が懸念される。【解決手段】少なくともセメント及び油脂類を含む複合材料の混練材の圧縮造粒体である造粒セメントを使用することによって、セメント粒子の変成を完全に防止可能にする。又、増粘材を添加すれば、複合材料をより効果的に押し固めることが出来て、形状維持効果を向上させることが可能で、更に崩壊材を添加すれば、含浸水分量が僅かであっても、内在する崩壊材に接触すれば、該崩壊材の効果により造粒セメントに亀裂が生じたり、造粒セメント自体が破砕されるため、造粒セメントをセメント粒子に解れ易くすることが可能になる。【選択図】なし
