CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR REINFORCED CONCRETE STRUCTURE, AND REINFORCED CONCRETE STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method for a reinforced concrete (RC) structure and a reinforced concrete structure that save energy and cost associated with a beam concrete mold in reinforced concrete work.SOLUTION: The construction method for a reinforced concrete structure includes the following steps for: installing a beam bottom precast plate 11 as a bottom part of a beam, the beam bottom precast plate incorporating a beam bottom edge main reinforcement 14 located at the beam bottom edge and a shear reinforcement 15 and having a bottom mesh material 17 embedded on a top surface of the beam bottom precast plate; installing a pair of side surface precast plates 12, 13 as a concrete mold for the beam, the side surface precast plates having side mesh materials 18, 19 embedded in inner side surfaces; installing a separator member 20 between the pair of side surface precast plates; casting concrete in the concrete mold for the beam in which a beam top edge main reinforcement 16 located at a beam top edge is arranged; and using the side surface precast plate for forming a beam side surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】鉄筋コンクリート(RC)工事における梁型枠の省力化およびコスト低減を図ることのできる鉄筋コンクリート構造物の施工方法および鉄筋コンクリート構造を提供する。【解決手段】この鉄筋コンクリート構造物の施工方法は、梁下端に位置する梁下端主筋14とせん断補強筋15とが組み込まれかつ上面に底メッシュ材17が埋め込まれた梁底プレキャスト板11を梁の底部として設置し、内側の側面に側メッシュ材18,19が埋め込まれた一対の側面プレキャスト板12,13を梁型枠として設置し、一対の側面プレキャスト板間にセパレータ部材20が配置され、梁上端に位置する梁上端主筋16が配置された梁型枠内にコンクリート打設を行い、側面プレキャスト板が梁側面を形成する。【選択図】図1
