CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR CYLINDRICAL TANK
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method for a cylindrical tank, capable of shortening a construction period without taking fixation of an inner tank to an annular part as a critical path.SOLUTION: A construction method for a cylindrical tank having a double shell structure including an inner tank and an outer tank adopts a method including: a process of assembling a first structure 9A excluding a bottom of the inner tank by alternately repeating lifting of an inner tank side plate 9 on the internal side of a PC wall 2 by using a jack-up device 18 and fitting of a next inner tank side plate 9 to the lower side of a lifted inner tank side plate 9; a process of assembling a second structure 9B, which is the bottom of the inner tank, on an annular part 13 for supporting the inner tank installed on a base slab 1; and a process of assembling the inner tank by joining the first structure 9A to the second structure 9B.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】内槽のアニュラー部への固定がクリティカルパスとならずに、工期の短縮化を図ることのできる円筒型タンクの構築方法の提供。【解決手段】内槽と外槽とを有する二重殻構造の円筒型タンクの構築方法であって、PC壁2の内側において、ジャッキアップ装置18による内槽側板9の上昇と、上昇した内槽側板9の下側への次の内槽側板9の取り付けと、を交互に繰り返し、内槽の最下段を除く第1の構造物9Aを組み立てる工程と、基礎版1に設けられた内槽を支持するためのアニュラー部13の上に、内槽の最下段である第2の構造物9Bを組み立てる工程と、第1の構造物9Aと第2の構造物9Bとを接合し、内槽を組み立てる工程と、を有する、という手法を採用する。【選択図】図2
