CORE MATERIAL OF UNDERGROUND CONTINUOUS WALL AND INSTALLATION METHOD FOR CORE MATERIAL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To install a core material in a main body of an underground continuous wall so that a section (upper core material) of the core material, which is inserted into the main body before hardening and close to an upper part can be easily removed from the underground continuous wall after the underground continuous wall completes its function during construction of the underground continuous wall.SOLUTION: A core material 1 consists of lower core materials 2 which are inserted into a main body of an underground continuous wall 4 at intervals along a length of the underground continuous wall 4 on a lower layer side of the underground continuous wall 4 before hardening; and upper core materials 3 which are inserted between adjacent lower core materials 2, 2 on an upper layer side of the underground continuous wall 4, overlap with sections of the lower core materials 2 close to upper sides in elevation view, and are supported by the lower core materials 2. A lower core material 2 includes a restriction part 21 which restricts an upper core material 3 from moving along a thickness of the underground continuous wall 4, and a support material 22 supporting the upper core material 3 is provided at a position where the upper core material 3 overlaps in plan view in a section from the upper end of the lower core material 2 to a lower end of the upper core material 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】地中連続壁の構築中、その本体中に硬化前に挿入され、地中連続壁が役目を終えた後に芯材の上方寄りの区間(上側芯材)を地中連続壁から容易に除去可能なように本体中に設置する。【解決手段】地中連続壁4の構築中、その本体中に硬化前に地中連続壁4の下層側の、地中連続壁4の長さ方向に間隔を置いて挿入される下側芯材2と、地中連続壁4の上層側の、隣接する下側芯材2、2間に挿入され、立面上、下側芯材2の上方寄りの区間と重なり、下側芯材2に支持される上側芯材3から芯材1を構成する。下側芯材2に、上側芯材3を地中連続壁4の厚さ方向の移動に対して拘束する拘束部21を持たせると共に、下側芯材2の上端から上側芯材3の下端までの区間の、平面上、上側芯材3が重なる位置に上側芯材3を支持する支持材22を持たせる。【選択図】図1
