CERAMIC SINTERED BODY PRODUCTION METHOD AND A CERAMIC SINTERED BODY USING THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic sintered body production method of reducing a difference (shift amount) and variation with respect to a target external dimension by inhibiting abnormal deformation occurring in a ceramic molded body during softening and shrinking due to degreasing and sintering.SOLUTION: There is provided a ceramic sintered body production method by which when degreasing and sintering, the position of the ceramic molded body placed on a bed and having a plurality of curved surfaces each having a different curvature is inclined at 10 degrees or less with respect to the stationary position held stationary by a support directly under the center of gravity. Alternatively, the stationary position may be a position held stationary by supporting the ceramic molded body by two points with the point directly under the center of gravity therebetween or may be a position held stationary by placing the ceramic molded body on a platen and supporting it by two points. The ceramic molded body by this production method may be a ceramic core for use in producing a casting having a hollow wing shape.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】脱脂および焼結による軟化・収縮過程でセラミック成形体に生じる異常な変形を抑制することにより、目標とする外形寸法に対する差分(シフト量)やそのバラツキが小さいセラミック焼結体の製造方法を提供することである。【解決手段】脱脂および焼結を行うときに、寝床に載置された異なる曲率を有する複数の曲面を有するセラミック成形体の姿勢が、その重心直下の支持により静止させたときの静止姿勢に対して10度以内の傾きとなるようにする。また、セラミック成形体を重心直下を間に挟む2点により支持して静止させたときの静止姿勢や、セラミック成形体を定盤上に載置したときに2点により支持されて静止したときの静止姿勢にしてもよい。この製造方法によるセラミック焼結体は、中空の翼形状を有する鋳物の製造に使用するセラミック中子であってよい。【選択図】図4
