PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cab guard of a work machine having a small-sized and weight-reduced structure easy in cleaning of front glass and also suitable for opening-closing, and capable of improving even visibility from an operator.SOLUTION: A guard body 7 is constituted in an integral structure by left-right jambs 4a and 4b composed of a pipe, a plurality of horizontal plates 5a-5e provided by welding both ends between the left-right jambs 4a and 4b and a vertical plate 6 provided by welding to the respective horizontal plates 5a-5e. The guard body 7 comprises an elevation angle part and a depression angle part respectively corresponding to an elevation angle part and a depression angle part of a front face of a cab 1, and forms a substantially dog-legged shape in a side view. Any one jamb 4a of the left or right of the guard body 7 is openably-closably installed by hinges 8a and 8b in one side part of a front window 3 of the cab 1, and the other jamb 4b is locked by a lock device 27 on a front face of the other side part of the front window 3 of the cab 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】前ガラスの清掃が容易となり、かつ開閉に好適な小型、軽量化された構造を有すると共に、オペレータからの視界も改善できる作業機のキャブガードを提供する。【解決手段】パイプからなる左右の縦枠４ａ，４ｂと、左右の縦枠４ａ，４ｂ間に両端を溶接して設ける複数枚の横板５ａ〜５ｅと、各横板５ａ〜５ｅに溶接して設ける縦板６とによりガード本体７を一体構造に構成する。ガード本体７は、キャブ１の前面の仰角部と俯角部にそれぞれ対応する仰角部と俯角部を有して側面視が略くの字形をなす。ガード本体７の左右いずれか一方の縦枠４ａをキャブ１の前窓３の一方の側部に蝶番８ａ，８ｂにより開閉可能に取付け、他方の縦枠４ｂをキャブ１の前窓３の他方の側部の前面にロック装置２７によりロックする。【選択図】図３
