GROUT INJECTION PIPE WITH GROUND SETTLEMENT INSPECTION DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grout injection pipe with a ground settlement inspection device under a large civil engineering and construction structure deck slab which secures good installation workability and is excellent in operability and earthquake resistance.SOLUTION: A settlement inspection guide pipe 3 and an upper check valve device pipe 4 are incorporated side by side into a grout injection pipe 2 provided with check valve devices 5 installed at upper and lower ends. A settlement inspection device 7 with a settlement rod 8 incorporated therein in a vertically movable manner is disposed inside the settlement measurement guide pipe 3. The grout injection pipe 2 with a ground settlement amount inspection device is split into upper and lower parts at an arbitrary position, a lower pipe 2B of the grout injection pipe 2 is installed first, and then connection of an upper pipe 2A is allowed. In addition, a lower end of the settlement rod 8 is provided with an adjustable connection part 8g to a settlement board 12, which can be connected to the preset settlement board 12 afterwards.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】良好な設置作業性を確保し、操作性や耐震性に優れた大型土木建築構造物底版下の地盤沈下検測装置付グラウト注入管を提供する。【解決手段】上下端に逆止弁装置５が設置されたグラウト注入管２内に沈下検測ガイド管３と上部逆止弁装置管４を併設して組み込む。沈下計測ガイド管３に、沈下ロッド８が上下動可能に組み込まれた沈下検知装置７を内設する。地盤沈下量検測置付グラウト注入管２を任意の位置で上下に分割して、グラウト注入管２の下部管２Ｂを予め設置した後で上部管２Ａを連結可能とする。また、沈下ロッド８の下端に沈下板１２との自在連結部８ｇを設け、予め設置した沈下板１２に後から連結可能とする。【選択図】図１
