CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF CYLINDRICAL TANK
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method of a cylindrical tank in which labor for adjusting operation in height of support of a side plate of an inner tank may be reduced, the side plate of the inner tank is transported to a predetermined position without wobble, and the inner tank may be assembled.SOLUTION: There is provided a construction method of a cylindrical tank having dual cover structure, in which, at inside of a PC wall, lift of an inner tank side plate 9 by a jack-up device and attachment of the next inner tank side plate 9 onto a lower side of the lifted inner tank side plate 9 are mutually repeated to assemble an inner tank. The method comprises the steps of installing a roller unit 100 supporting the inner tank side plate 9 and adjusting the height of support of the inner tank side plate 9 by the roller unit 100 with a pushing bolt 101.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】内槽側板の支持高さの調節作業の手間を低減でき、内槽側板を所定位置までガタツキなく搬送し、内槽を組み立てることができる円筒型タンクの構築方法の提供。【解決手段】PC壁の内側において、ジャッキアップ装置による内槽側板9の上昇と、上昇した内槽側板9の下側への次の内槽側板9の取り付けと、を交互に繰り返して内槽を組み立てる二重殻構造の円筒型タンクの構築方法であって、内槽側板9を支持するローラーユニット100を設置する工程と、ローラーユニット100の内槽側板9の支持高さを押しボルト101によって調節する工程と、を有する、という手法を採用する。【選択図】図6
