FIRE SPREAD PREVENTION STRUCTURE OF DOUBLE-SKIN CURTAIN WALL AND FIRE SPREAD PREVENTION METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fire spread prevention structure of double-skin curtain walls, capable of preventing a fire occurring inside a room of a building from spreading to upper floors through an internal space of the double-skin curtain wall.SOLUTION: A fire spread prevention structure of double-skin curtain walls includes: water jet means 9 provided in an internal space 8 between inner glass 4 and outer glass 6 in a double-skin curtain wall 7 for jetting water to the internal space 8; water supply means 10 for supplying the water jet means 9 with water; fire detection means 11 for detecting an occurrence of a fire inside a room 3; and a motor-operated valve 12 as valve means, provided between the water supply means 10 and the water jet means 9 and being opened on the basis of a detection result of the fire detection means 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
