PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cubic scandia-stabilized zirconia film which is prevented from lowering in strength even when exposed to a hydrothermal degradation environment, and to provide a single cell for a solid oxide-type fuel cell comprising the cubic scandia-stabilized zirconia film and is prevented from lowering in strength by hydrothermal degradation.SOLUTION: A cubic scandia-stabilized zirconia film comprises scandia in a content of 8 mol% or more and 12 mol% or less, and ceria in a content of 0.5 mol% or more and 2.5 mol% or less. When the film is kept under a hydrothermal condition of a temperature of 180°C and a pressure of 10 atm for 200 hours, a rate of change before and after the treatment in peak areas of (200) face derived from a cubic crystal is 1.0% or less as measured by X-ray diffractometry.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】本発明は、水熱劣化環境に晒されても強度の低下が抑制されている立方晶系スカンジア安定化ジルコニア膜と、当該立方晶系スカンジア安定化ジルコニア膜を含み、水熱劣化による強度の低下が抑制されている固体酸化物形燃料電池用単セルを提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】本発明に係る立方晶系スカンジア安定化ジルコニア膜は、スカンジアを8モル%以上、12モル%以下、セリアを0.5モル%以上、2.5モル%以下含み、温度180℃、圧力10atmの水熱条件下、200時間保持した前後における、X線回折法により測定される立方晶由来の(200)面のピーク面積の変化率が1.0%以下であることを特徴とする。【選択図】なし
