PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking-unlocking control device.SOLUTION: A locking-unlocking control device comprises an operation part used for inputting a number when calling out to a room, and comprises a first communication part for communicating with a first telephone and a second telephone by using radiocommunication means, and comprises a recording part for recording a first database for indicating the relationship between a room number, a telephone number of the first telephone and a telephone number of the second telephone with every room. When calling out the room corresponding to the room number included in the first database, call origination to the first telephone corresponding to the room number is executed from the first communication part on the basis of the first database, and when there is no response from the first telephone up to passing a first time after the call origination to the first telephone, call origination to the second telephone corresponding to the room number is executed, and when predetermined operation is executed in the first telephone or the second telephone existing in a telephone call state with the first communication part, the locking-unlocking control device controls a release of locking.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

【課題】施錠解除制御装置を提供する。【解決手段】施錠解除制御装置は、部屋への呼び出しを行う際の番号入力のために使用される操作部を備える。無線通信手段を使って、第１電話機や第２電話機と通信を行う第１通信部を備える。部屋ごとに、部屋番号と、第１電話機の電話番号と、第２電話機の電話番号との関係を示す第１データベースを記録する記録部を備える。第１データベースに含まれる部屋番号に対応する部屋の呼び出しが行われた場合に、第１データベースに基づいて、第１通信部から部屋番号に対応する第１電話機への発呼が行われ、第１電話機への発呼の後、第１時間経過するまでに、第１電話機からの応答が無い場合は、部屋番号に対応する第２電話機への発呼が行われ、第１通信部と通話状態にある第１電話機若しくは第２電話機において所定の操作が行われた場合に、施錠解除制御装置は、施錠の解除制御を行う。【選択図】図１
