JOINT UNIT FOR TRACK CONSTRUCTION, AND TRACK CONSTRUCTION METHOD USING THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint unit for track construction and a construction method using the same, used in railway track construction in which a bag filled with a filler is embedded into a gap between track structures, the joint unit and the track construction method allowing smooth progress in filling work for the filler into the bag and the filler to be filled at a plurality of necessary locations in a short period of time.SOLUTION: A joint unit for track construction includes at least a roughly straight tubular joint body 20 having a plurality of circumferential projection parts formed at a prescribed interval on an outer surface at an edge part 20a, a fastener 30 on a bag body side for fastening an inlet 52 of a bag body 50 with the edge part 20a of the joint body part 20, and a fastener 40 on a feed pipe side for fastening a feed pipe 62 with the other edge part 20b of the joint body part 20 while having the other edge part 20b of the joint body part 20 inserted into the feed pipe 62. A circumferential flat part is formed between the circumferential projection parts formed on the outer surface at the end part 20a of the joint body part 20, the circumferential flat part having the fastener 30 on the bag body side disposed thereon.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】鉄道軌道の軌道構造物相互間の空隙部内へ充填材入りの袋体で埋める軌道工事において、袋体内への充填材の注入作業を円滑に進めることができ、これにより工事の必要な多くの箇所へ短時間のうちに充填材を注入することのできる軌道工事用継手ユニットおよびこれを用いた軌道工事方法を提供する。【解決手段】少なくとも一端部20aの外表面に周状凸部が所定間隔毎に複数設けられた略直管状の継手本体部20と、袋体50の注入口52と継手本体部20の一端部20aとを締結するための袋体側締結具30と、供給管62内に継手本体部20の他端部20bを挿通させた状態で、供給管62と継手本体部20の他端部20bとを締結するための供給管側締結具40とを備え、継手本体部20の一端部20aの外表面に設けられた周状凸部と周状凸部との間には、周状平面部が設けられ、周状平面部内に袋体側締結具30が配設されるよう構成されている。【選択図】図1
