FRAME WITH TRUSS BEAM
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a large space to be formed even on a lower layer and an intermediate layer affected significantly by a vertical load from an upper layer, and realize a large-span frame supported by a small number of columns that have a small cross-section.SOLUTION: A frame 1 with a truss beam includes a multi-story truss beam 5 installed in an intermediate floor for realizing a long span, and includes a pair of first columns 2, 2 installed at both ends of the multi-story truss beam 5 for supporting the multi-story truss beam 5, and a second column 3 erected on the multi-story truss beam 5. The multi-story truss beam 5 includes a continuous column that connects floor beams 51, 52, 53 of each story through a plurality of stories, and a habitable room on a top part. The floor beams 51, 52, 53 that constitute the multi-story truss beam 5 are connected to each other by a plurality of diagonal members 54, 56 and strut materials 55, 57.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
