SCREW-TYPE REINFORCING BAR JOINT FOR DEFORMED REINFORCING BAR
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screw-type reinforcing bar joint for a deformed reinforcing bar that satisfies requirements for withstanding both tensile force and compression force, at the same time facilitating construction work.SOLUTION: A screw-type reinforcing bar joint for a deformed reinforcing bar includes male screw parts 1c and 1c at edges that face each other of a pair of reinforcing bars 1 and 1 to be connected to each other, a coupler 2 screwed over both the male screw parts 1c and 1c, and a pair of lock nuts 3. The male screw part 1c has a thread formed at a large-diameter part with a diameter larger than the reinforcing bar body, and an inner diameter that is a screw thread diameter of the coupler 2 is smaller than an outer diameter of a protrusion 1b. A screw part 1d on the protrusion is formed on a part continuing from the male screw part 1c of each of the reinforcing bars 1 and 1, with a section h without the protrusion in between, the screw part on the protrusion enabling the lock nut 3 and the coupler 2 to escape while being screwed to each other. A dimension of each part is determined so that an appropriate screwing depth may be obtained for leaving an allowable gap dimension between the reinforcing bars 1 and 1, when an edge surface of the lock nut 3 is located on the section h without the protrusion. 【課題】耐引張力および耐圧縮力上の両方の要件を充足でき、かつ施工を容易とする異形鉄筋のネジ式鉄筋継手を提供する。【解決手段】互いに接続される一対の鉄筋1,1の対向する端部に雄ねじ部1c,1cを有し、両雄ねじ部1c,1cに渡って螺合するカプラー2と、一対のロックナット3とを備える。各雄ねじ部1cは、鉄筋本体よりも大径の大径部にねじ溝を形成してなり、前記カプラー2のねじ山径である内径が、突条1bの外径よりも小径である。各鉄筋1,1の雄ねじ部1cに続く部分に、ロックナット3およびカプラー2を螺合状態で逃がし可能とする突条上ねじ部1dを、突条無し区間hを介して設ける。ロックナット3の端面が突条無し区間hに位置すれば、両鉄筋1,1間に許容空き寸法が得られる適正螺合深さとなるように各部の寸法関係を設定する。ロックナット3は、突条上ねじ部1dに螺合させるようにしても良い。【選択図】図1
