PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bamboo earth retaining structure having high slip strength with regard to a ground, and constructed at a low cost in a short period of time.SOLUTION: A bamboo earth retaining structure includes a plurality of earth retaining layers 51 and 52 piled perpendicularly on a ground 1, and each of the earth retaining layers 51 and 52 includes bamboo lattices 3 and 6, net materials 4 and 7 disposed on the bamboo lattices 3 and 6, and banking layers 5 and 8 formed on the net materials 4 and 7. Each of the net materials 4 and 7 and each of the bamboo lattices 3 and 6 generate an earth retaining effect deriving from bearing resistance that supports weight of the earth retaining layers 51 and 52, frictional resistance caused by a knot protrusion of the bamboo lattices 3 and 6 that bites into the banking layers 5 and 8, and slip resistance caused by shear resistance of a banking connecting part 31 formed by penetration of a part of the earth retaining layers 51 and 52.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】地盤に対して高い滑り強度を有し、安価かつ短期間で構築できる竹製土留構造体を提供する。【解決手段】竹製土留構造体は、地盤1上に垂直に積層される複数の土留層51、52を備え、各土留層51、52は、竹格子3、6と、竹格子3、6上に配置される網材4、7と、網材4、7上に配置される盛土層5、8とを備える。各網材4、7と各竹格子3、6は、土留層51、52の重量を支持する支圧抵抗、盛土層5、8への竹格子3、6の節突起の食い込みによる摩擦抵抗及び土留層51、52の一部が侵入して形成する盛土連結部31の剪断抵抗による滑り抵抗による土留め作用を生ずる。【選択図】図1
