PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grain boundary insulated semiconductor ceramic, which can provide high relative permittivity, shows little change in relative permittivity over a wide frequency range, and has a wide applicable range, and to provide a ceramic capacitor using the same.SOLUTION: The grain boundary insulated semiconductor ceramic at least comprises any one or more of oxide components represented by SrTiOand BaTiO, and a lithium ion conductive oxide component represented by (Li,La)TiO. Preferably, when contents of SrTiO, BaTiO, and (Li,La)TiOare denoted by x moles, y moles, and z moles, respectively, and a total of these (=x+y+z) is taken as 100, the following formulas hold: 20≤x+y≤98; x≥0; y≥0; and 2≤z≤80.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
