HYDRAULIC COMPOSITION CONTAINING FURNACE BOTTOM ASH
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a novel stabilization and recycling method for overcoming situation that furnace bottom ash is only for effective utilization as a cement raw material in a cement field.SOLUTION: There is provided a hydraulic composition containing cement clinker, gypsum and furnace bottom ash. A mixed percentage is determined by a value of lightness index L by Hunter Lab measured by a color difference meter under a condition that the furnace bottom ash has a Blaine specific surface area of 3400±300 cm/g. Good appearance is exhibited even with adding by 1 mass% when L value is 41 or more and less than 51 as well as by 5 mass% when L value is 51 or more.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】 炉底灰はセメント分野において、セメント原料としての有効利用のみに留まっており、新たな安定処理・再資源化方法の開発が求められている。【解決手段】 セメントクリンカーと石膏と炉底灰とを含んでなる水硬性組成物。その混合割合は、前記炉底灰がブレーン比表面積3400±300cm2/gの状態で、色差計により測定したハンターLabにおける明度指数Lの値によって決定するものである。Lの値が41以上51未満の場合は1質量%まで加えても良好な外観を呈し、Lの値が51以上の場合は5質量%まで加えても良好な外観を呈する。【選択図】 なし
