DOOR HANDLE FIXTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door handle fixture capable of preventing excessive tightening of a screw.SOLUTION: A door handle fixture comprises a first pedestal 1, a second pedestal 2 and a male screw 6 that connects these two pedestals. The first pedestal 1 comprises: a circular plate 11, which has a central through hole 12 for inserting an operation lever; and two screw pipes 13, which protrude from the circular plate 11. The second pedestal 2 comprises: a circular plate 21, which has the central through hole 12 for inserting the operation lever; and a through hole 23 on the circular plate for inserting the male screw. The male screw 6 is made from a flexible material that bends when a large force is applied. The male screw has a head, a shaft extending downward from the head, and a thread 64 formed on a shaft tip. A cut section 65 is longer in a shaft direction than the section on which the thread 64 is formed. The cut section is made by cutting off approximately a half of the shaft tip.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】ネジの過度な締め付けを防止することのできる、ドアハンドル取付用の固定具を提供する。【解決手段】第１台座１と、第２台座２と、これらの2つの台座を繋ぐ雄ネジ６を有するドアハンドル取付用の固定具である。第１台座１は、操作レバー挿通用の中央貫通孔１２を有する円板１１と、この円板１１から突出する２本のネジパイプ１３を有する。第２台座２は、操作レバー挿通用の中央貫通孔１２を有する円板２１と、この円板に設けられた雄ネジ挿通用の貫通孔２３を有する。雄ネジ６は、大きな力がかかるとたわむ可撓性を有する素材からなり、頭部と、頭部から下方に延びる軸部と、軸部先端に設けられたネジ山６４を有する。前記軸部先端は、ネジ山６４が形成された軸方向長さを越える長さにわたって、約半分が切り取られて、カット部分６５となっている。【選択図】図２
