PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve controllability of a fluid pressure actuator rotating a drive object around a rotational shaft.SOLUTION: A rotary valve controlling a flow rate of hydraulic oil supplied/discharged to/from a hydraulic cylinder rotating a wing around a rotational shaft includes a rotor 60 rotating with rotation of the wing with the rotational shaft as a center, and a first control flow passage 61 and a second control flow passage 65 formed in the rotor 60 and controlling the flow rate of hydraulic oil supplied/discharged to/from the hydraulic cylinder. The first control flow passage 61 and the second control flow passage 65 each change resistance imparted to flow of passing hydraulic oil with rotation of the rotor 60.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
