PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a low temperature underground type reservoir capable of being constructed simply at low cost, and surely controlling a freezing area of a peripheral ground, and a construction method of the low temperature underground type reservoir.SOLUTION: In a low temperature underground type reservoir 1, a continuous underground wall 5 is formed around a side wall 3. On the continuous underground wall 5, a side part heater 7 is disposed. The side part heater 7 includes a plurality of protective pipes 71 vertically arranged with a predetermined interval on the continuous underground wall 5, and a heater pipe 72 disposed in the protective pipe 71.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
