CONSTRUCTION WASTE MATERIAL REFUSE COLLECTOR
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction waste material refuse collector capable of effectively separating and removing mixed refuses from a recycled aggregate obtained by crushing a construction waste material.SOLUTION: The construction waste material refuse collector includes a vibration screen 2 for screening recycled aggregates obtained by crushing construction waste materials by particle sizes, suction nozzles 4a and 4b for sucking and removing mixed refuses from the recycled aggregates thrown onto the screen nets 3a and 3b of the vibration screen 2, the suction nozzles 4a and 4b facing the tail end parts of the screen nets 3a and 3b, a static pressure sensor 12 installed in the midway of a suction duct 5 downstream of the suction nozzles 4a and 4b, and a static pressure/exhaust air amount controller 13 for variably controlling the exhaust air amount of the suction duct 5 based on a difference value amount between a static pressure value detected by the static pressure sensor 12 and a preset static pressure setting value, and is configured to suck and remove refuses from the recycled refuses on the screen nets 3a and 3b of the vibration screen 2 by a fixed suction force.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 建設廃材を破砕処理して得られる再生骨材から混在するゴミを効果的に分離除去可能な建設廃材用ゴミ取り装置を提供する。【解決手段】 建設廃材を破砕処理して得られる再生骨材を粒度別に篩い分ける振動篩2を備え、この振動篩2の篩網3a、3b上に投入された再生骨材から混在するゴミを吸引除去する吸引ノズル4a、4bを備えると共に、この吸引ノズル4a、4bを篩網3a、3b終端部に臨ませる。また、吸引ノズル4a、4b下流の吸引ダクト5の途中には静圧センサ12を備えると共に、この静圧センサ12にて検出される静圧値と予め設定した静圧設定値との差値量に基づいて吸引ダクト5の排風量を可変制御する静圧/排風量制御器13を備え、振動篩2の篩網3a、3b上の再生骨材から一定の吸引力でゴミを吸引除去可能なように構成する。【選択図】 図1
