PLANAR STRUCTURE OF WOODEN BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planar structure of a wooden building with higher strength based on a consolidated Itakura-type planar structure, and its construction method.SOLUTION: A planar structure of a wooden building comprises a pair of horizontal frame materials, a pair of vertical frame materials, a sliding plate, a closing plate, a fastening member and reinforcing plates. Both vertical frame materials include grooves for holding both sides of the sliding plate and cutout parts for guiding both sides of the sliding plate to the grooves. Each sliding plate includes a tenon spliced together with the grooves of both vertical frame materials and a through hole penetrating through each vertical dimension. The closing plate has both ends fitted into the cutout parts of both vertical frame materials to disable movement of the sliding plate, and includes the through hole penetrating through the vertical dimension. The through hole of the sliding plate is brought into communication with the through hole of the closing plate. The sliding plate and/or the closing plate are the fastening members inserted in the through hole, and are fastened in one horizontal frame material and the other horizontal frame material, respectively. The fastening member fastened to one horizontal frame material and the fastening member fastened to the other horizontal frame material are horizontally overlapped in the intermediate part of both lateral side frame materials. The reinforcing plates are fixed in the front face surfaces of all sliding plates and closing plates.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 板倉造りを採用した面構造一体としてより高い強度を備えた木造建築の面構造及びその構築方法を提供する。【解決手段】 一対の横枠材、一対の縦枠材、滑り板、閉じ板、締結部材及び補強板からなり、両縦枠材は、滑り板の両側部を保持する溝と、滑り板の両側部を溝に導く切欠部を備え、各滑り板は、両縦枠材の溝と継ぎ合わさるホゾと、各々の縦寸法を貫通する通し孔を備え、閉じ板は、その両端部が両縦枠材の切欠部に嵌まって滑り板を移動不能とするもので、縦寸法を貫通する通し孔を備え、滑り板の通し孔と閉じ板の通し孔とは連通しており、滑り板及び/又は閉じ板は、通し孔に挿通した締結部材で、一方の横枠材と他方の横枠材にそれぞれ締結してあり、一方の横枠材に締結される締結部材と、他方の横枠材に締結される締結部材が、両横枠材の中間部で水平方向に重なり、補強板は、全ての滑り板及び閉じ板の見付面に固定する。【選択図】 図1
