UNDERWATER NON-DISPERSIBLE MORTAR COMPOSITION
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underwater non-dispersible mortar composition capable of providing an underwater non-dispersible mortar having excellent strength development property similar to normal non-shrinking grout materials even during in-water placement and high flowability capable of being used as a grout material.SOLUTION: The underwater non-dispersible mortar composition is provided that contains an expansive admixture, a water-reducing agent, a thickener, cement and a fine aggregate, the cement containing as main cement components; normal Portland cement; and high-early-strength Portland cement with a mass ratio of the contained normal Portland cement to the high- early-strength Portland cement of 25/75 to 75/25, the fine aggregate being contained in an amount of 25 to 80 pts.mass and the thickener being contained in an amount of 0.3 to 0.6 pts.mass each based on 100 pts.mass of the cement. The underwater non-dispersible mortar composition is mixed with water at a water powder ratio of 23.5 to 27.5%.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】水中打設の場合においても通常の無収縮グラウト材並みの優れた強度発現性を有し且つグラウト材として用いることができる高い流動性も有する水中不分離性モルタルが得られる水中不分離性モルタル組成物を提供すること。【解決手段】膨張材、減水剤、増粘剤、セメント及び細骨材を含有し、前記セメントが普通ポルトランドセメント及び早強ポルトランドセメントを主要セメント成分とし且つ含有する早強ポルトランドセメントに対する普通ポルトランドセメントの質量比が２５／７５〜７５／２５であるセメントであり、セメント１００質量部に対して細骨材２５〜８０質量部及び増粘剤０．３〜０．６質量部を含有し、水粉体比２３．５〜２７．５％で混練することを特徴とする水中不分離性モルタル組成物。【選択図】なし
