PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete form which readily absorbs external impact, utilizes conifer plywood or planted tree plywood having strong nodes and grains and widely used in Japan, is excellent in crack resistance, does not cause irregularities on the surface of the concrete form, has good appearance and is excellent in productivity.SOLUTION: A concrete form is produced by having a plywood (i) as a base plate, and sequentially laminating thereon an urethane foam layer (ii) as an undercoating film and a finish coating film (iii). The finish coating film (iii) can be formed by only one coating.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】外部からの衝撃を吸収しやすく、日本において広く利用されている節や木目の強い針葉樹合板や植林木合板を用い、耐クラック性に優れ、コンクリート型枠表面に凹凸を浮かばせず、外観にも優れ、生産性にも優れるコンクリート型枠を提供する。【解決手段】コンクリート川宅を、合板（ｉ）を基板とし、下塗り塗膜に発泡ウレタン層（ｉｉ）を用い、上塗り塗膜（ｉｉｉ）を順次積層して構成した。上塗り塗膜（ｉｉｉ）は１コートでも形成可能とした。【選択図】なし
