PANEL HANGER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suggest a panel hanger which can be directly fitted on a panel without providing a hanger plate and a hanger hole.SOLUTION: A panel hanger J1 is used for lifting a panel P1 including a core material 3 between metal plates 1 and 2. The panel P1 includes wall sections 10 and 20 formed by folding back upper ends of the metal plates 1 and 2, and a groove section 4 located between the wall sections 10 and 20. The panel hanger J1 includes piece sections 71 and 72 disposed outside the wall sections 10 and 20, respectively, a hook section 73 disposed in the groove section 4, and a connection section 74 which can be connected to lifting means. The hook section 73 is rotatable between a first attitude in which the hook section is freely put in/out of the groove section 4 and a second attitude in which the hook section is hooked on the wall sections 10 and 20. The hook section is provided so that the wall sections 10 and 20 are held by the hook section 73 at the second attitude and the piece sections 71 and 72.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】パネルに吊りプレートや吊り用の孔を設けることなく直接取り付けることができるパネル吊り具を提案すること。【解決手段】本発明の一実施形態のパネル吊り具J1は、金属板1,2の間に芯材3を設けたパネルP1の吊り上げに用いられる。パネルP1は、金属板1,2の上端部を折り返して形成した壁部10,20と、この壁部10,20間に位置する溝部4とを有する。パネル吊り具J1は、壁部10,20の外側にそれぞれ配される片部71,72と、溝部4内に配される引掛け部73と、吊り上げ手段に連結可能な連結部74とを有する。引掛け部73は、溝部4に出し入れ自在な第一姿勢と、壁部10,20に引っ掛かる第二姿勢との間で回転自在であり、第二姿勢にある引掛け部73と片部71,72とで、壁部10,20を挟持するように設けられている。【選択図】図5
